Everyone was incredibly nice and affable.

easy walks to parks and baseball fields just minutes away

I loved that the hotel was just a short 3 km stroll to both American Family Fields of Phoenix and Maryvale Baseball Park. The free breakfast could use some improvement as it was pretty basic and not very satisfying.

The beds were comfortable, the room was extremely spacious with the necessities.

Greatly enjoyed it. Thanks everyone for an awesome stay on a road trip. The location was the best and favourable - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Spent a nice evening at Domino's Pizza, located near the venue.

Location to airport and low price.

A bit of a problem with our reservation but the desk clerk/manager was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The interior hall carpets have a heavy odor. I think they should be replaced.

I requested a non smoking room but they were out so they gave me a smoking room that smelled so bad I woke up all night thinking the hotel was on fire( and I do smoke) that is how bad the stench was not to mention the roaches in the room and the dirty washclothes with other peopls hair stuck in them.

The room had a comfortable bed and ample space for our luggage. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were very accommodating .

The bathroom could use some better maintenance.

The laundry could have been cleaner (ie towels etc).

Once I checked in and told my friends where I was staying they insisted I not go back because the area is known as a bad area. Not one to back down from a challenge I stayed. This place is run down plain and simple. Don't bring your family here. You can see where graffiti has been painted over and the neighborhood is indeed shady.

room has potential, but needs work

The King Room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a TV. The bed was somewhat comfortable but the furniture was outdated. The employee at the front desk was quite pleasant and helped smooth things over. Location was decent for access to attractions nearby. Just wish the room was better kept up.

Centralized location between our day to day destinations, Phoenix airport and Glendale stadium

Although the room and bedding was clean, the age and condition of the furniture and window coverings made the room look dark and dirty. The mini blinds in the window going up the stairs were broken and needed replaced. The sofa in our room was pretty shabby and dirty looking.

The staff members were attentive and provided quick check-in. The cleanliness of the public areas was commendable, contributing to a cute atmosphere.
